CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because appointments are limited, cancellations and rescheduling affect both our schedule and other clients who may be waiting for an opening. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations will also be subject to the 50% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled. NO-SHOWS Clients who do not arrive for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. A no-show may result in the loss of booking privileges and/or a requirement to prepay for future appointments. LATE ARRIVALS A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in the appointment being shortened or canceled to avoid delaying other clients. If your appointment must be canceled because of a late arrival, the applicable cancellation fee will apply. APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS Clients are responsible for confirming their appointment and ensuring their contact information is current. Not receiving or responding to an appointment reminder does not waive the cancellation policy. EMERGENCIES Salon Chic by Flav understands that genuine emergencies happen. Cancellation fees may be waived at the salon’s discretion based on the circumstances. By booking an appointment with Salon Chic by Flav, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
